Remembering Edgar Hofmann, who died on 22 February 2026, aged 89.
Remembered by Schneeball
In the tribute published by Schneeball Records, Marja Burchard remembers Edgar as an early musical, literary and personal inspiration for her father Christian. Their collaboration preceded Embryo, which they founded together in 1969. His saxophone and violin helped shape its music.
